Hello there! I'm Shadow, and I've been waiting for an adventurous human like you! I'm a sleek male Domestic Shorthair with a glossy black coat that shines like satin in the sunlight. My bright amber eyes stand out against my midnight fur, giving me that mysterious, captivating look that black cats are famous for.

At 8 months old, I'm in that perfect "teenage" cat phase—I've outgrown the clumsy kitten stage but still have plenty of playful energy. I currently weigh 7 pounds and will likely grow to a healthy 10-12 pounds as I reach full maturity.

What makes me special, besides my stunning all-black appearance, is my perfect balance of independence and affection. I'm curious and love to explore every corner of my home, but I'll always come back to check in with you and maybe request a chin scratch or two. I'm not clingy, but I do enjoy good company—especially yours!

I'm intelligent and well-socialized—I've mastered the litter box, know how to use scratching posts, and I'm learning new tricks all the time. I've been neutered and received my vaccinations and deworming treatments, so I'm in excellent health.
