What Breedhaven is, how far along it is, and what to expect from it.
What is Breedhaven?
An illustrated fantasy visual novel and game for adults. Kael is a mercenary escorting a caravan through the pass above Karth when a bandit mage's portal drops him into the Sown Expanse — a land where fertility is magic, potent men are rare, and the Primordial Bloom governs all.
Five chapters and ten plus women.
Is it finished yet?
No — it is in active development. The current build is v0.5. The overall story and the initial set of women's designs are finished, but everything else is in progress.
The Status page tracks story, art, animation and systems separately, and is updated with every push rather than on a schedule.
Does this game use AI?
100% yes. I am a programmer as my real job, and this is a side project. AI allows me to rapidly do everything, and get real updates and progress, unlike games that take years.
AI is not a free pass, it's still a tremendous amount of work to correct its code errors, terrible prose (I majored in English in college), and to regenerate images (and edit those images manually sometimes) and videos over and over to get them correct.
Where can I play it, and what does it cost?
Finished builds will be published on Steam and itch.io. The MSRP will likely be $15.

What do I get for supporting on Patreon?
Patrons get updated, exclusive access to help shape the direction of the game, and higher tiers get access to alpha builds and a copy of the game when it releases.
Is it voiced?
It is currently not voiced (outside of intimiate animations) with no plans to voice it, but if patrons decide this is important, I can reconsider
Is there gameplay, or is it all reading?
There is gameplay. 4 planned minigames.
Do my choices actually change anything?
Yes. There are 4 distinct paths with very real consequences, to be expanded on in sequels.
What kind of content should I expect?
Adult fiction, containing explicit sexual content and nudity throughout. All characters depicted are adults, and their ages are listed on the cast cards.
You must be 18 or older, or the legal age where you live, to view this site or play the game.
Will my saves carry over between versions?
Until we hit 1.0, it's very likely saves will break, as new choices and variables are introduced.
What platforms will it run on?
It is an Electron based game, so it will be able to run on all platforms
